Here's how our simple and effective process works

• Surveying the land

Surveying the land and surrounding areas for quality assurance is our first step.  A

ISA Certified Consulting Arborist will be on the site before any work can be done and

discussed.  After inspection, our arborist will determine the best plan of action for you.

This includes everything from what equipment is needed, observing the types of soil, looking

for slopes in the land and more.  Estimated completion deadlines will also be talked about.

Our tree experts will be able to tell you everything you need to know when it comes

time to start your land clearing. 

• Permits

All land clearing and excavation projects need to have the necessary permits by NYS

to continue.  We make sure all the permits are in order before anything else can take place.

• Prep

Much like anything else in construction, we provide you with the necessary prep to get

your project moving forward.  This includes discussing boundaries of the construction,

digging, and getting all your equipment to the site ground.  We provide all the preparation

needed for any dirt work that needs to be done on the property.

• Execution and Safety

Safety is our TOP priority at NYC Land Clearing.  Through the entire process, we will
